Shortly after cutting off a ribbon to open the exhibition event, the prince took a tour through several pavilions and was described on the various direct and indirect services available to pilgrims. Historical, cultural and heritage elements of the pilgrimage were also displayed.

The prince paid attention to the efforts being undertaken at the exhibition to inform citizens and workers delivering Haj service about the quality goals set by the government.

“The exhibition event is designed to shed light on the huge efforts of the government of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques – King Abdullah to serve the guests of God and visitors to the Prophet’s Mosque. In addition, it puts focus on joint ventures between government departments and private agencies to achieve very high levels of services to pilgrims.

The exhibition also offers direct and instant services to Hajj pilgrims and visitors at the exhibition, and seeks to improve the cultural aspects of the pilgrimage,” said Chairman of the Permanent Committee for Haj and Umrah Services at Taiba University.

The exhibition would circulate information on service quality to the general public and Hajj Pilgrims through booklets, CDs and publications.
